This website is run by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

Contacting us by phone or visiting us in person

We provide a text relay service for people who are deaf, hearing impaired or have a speech impediment. The number is 01443 425005.

Our offices have audio induction loops, or if you contact us before your visit, we can arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.  When booking your appointment you will be asked if you have any special requirements.

This website was last tested on 23/08/2023. The test is carried out by RCT Staff using the Silktide Accessibility Tool. We also manually test some pages using Axe and manually test for issues that Tools cannot identify.

We use this approach as it tests all pages on our website.
